Summer cancellation ( May - Oct. ) Free cancellation up to one day before arrival. One day before arrival and the day of arrival, you have to pay 90% of the total price.
Winter cancellation ( Nov. - April) Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. After the 14 days 70% of the total price and 6 days bevore arrival you have to pay 90% of the total price .

Spa wellness
Our sauna area with Finnish sauna / steam bath and infrared light is available from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Due to corona measures, every guest needs to register at reception before visiting the sauna. (in summer for a surcharge)
Check in / check out
Our rooms / apartments are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
Ski and bike depot
In winter there is a ski boot heating and a ski room in the house. However, you also have the option of conveniently depositing your skis in the Planai valley station for an additional charge. In summer our ski room is available to you, for your bikes. You can also charge your batteries for the e-bikes there.
Parking spaces
In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are free parking spaces, depending on availability.
